Responsibilities :

• Generate and review invoices to ensure all billing details are accurate and complete.
• Maintain and update customer account information within the billing system.
• Monitor and manage collection processes to ensure timely payments.
• Prepare and distribute billing statements to clients in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
• Utilize computerized billing systems to streamline invoicing and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular audits of financial records to ensure compliance with billing regulations.
• Provide support for client inquiries and address concerns related to billing.
• Create detailed reports on billing activities and collection efforts for management review.
• Proven experience in billing functions or a related financial role.
• Strong knowledge of billing systems and computerized invoicing tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
