A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Consultant I.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborates with healthcare providers and claims professionals to assess and review mental health disability claims
Analyzes behavioral health clinical information to evaluate ongoing restrictions and levels of impairment
Educates healthcare providers and coordinates with Vocational Rehabilitation Coordinators to support return-to-work services
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in a human services-related field (e.g., Social Work, Clinical Psychology)
Licensure in Clinical Psychology or Social Work (e.g., LICSW, LCMHC, LPC, LMFT)
3-5 years of experience in a behavioral health setting
1 year of experience in claims, disability management, or behavioral health case management
Certified Case Management (CCM) designation is a plus
