Job descriptionConstruction administration experience. Sound knowledge of construction systems, building and fire codes, and bid documents. Efficient coordination of structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings. Congenial and professional management of a project team, including junior staff, internal colleagues, external contractors, clients, and stakeholders. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup.
Our Providence RI architectural client has both Residential and Institutional Practice Groups. Their work consists of a variety of projects including private homes, educational and community facilities, historic preservation and master planning. They are looking for a Residential Project Manager with experience in single family home design.
The preferred candidate is an architectural graduate with five years of experience and lives in Rhode Island, Connecticut or Massachusetts. This role can be performed on a hybrid schedule.
You will need the following qualifications :
- BArch or MArch.
- Licensed or pursuing licensure, preferred.
- Five or more years of experience.
