Position : Evening Supervisor (LPN / RN)

Location : Titusville, Florida

Shift : Part-Time | 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM

Salary : $33 – $37 per hour

West Volusia Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and experienced Evening Supervisor (LPN / RN) to lead our nursing staff and uphold exceptional standards of resident care. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Director and Associate Director of Nursing to support daily operations and ensure regulatory compliance.

Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to maintain high standards of resident care.

Monitor and adjust staffing to ensure safe and adequate coverage.

Conduct rounds, evaluate care quality, and report observations to leadership.

Assist during state surveys and inspections.

Participate in creating and implementing resident care and discharge plans.

Address staff concerns professionally and promote a positive work environment.

Welcome and assist residents and families during admissions.

Accompany physicians on resident rounds and oversee accurate medication and treatment administration.

Provide direct nursing care and assist with assessments when needed.

Participate in staff evaluations and support the professional development of LPNs and CNAs.

Qualifications

Nursing degree from an accredited program.

Active, unrestricted Florida LPN or RN license.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care, restorative, or geriatric nursing.

At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.

Current CPR certification.
