The Clinical Manager is a Registered Nurse (RN) who has graduated from an accredited school of nursing and is currently licensed to practice in the state of Indiana. The Clinical Manager supervises home health services to homebound patients in their place of residence in accordance with attending physician orders and plans of care and strives to provide the highest quality of care. All skilled nursing and other therapeutic services are under the supervision and direction of the Clinical Manager.

Registered Professional Nurse, a graduate of an approved school of professional nursing who is currently licensed as a registered nurse in Indiana.
Two years in home health of which 1 year is in a supervisory role. Maintain CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
Access to reliable transportation.
Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and daily operations of a home health agency is strongly desired. In-depth understanding of Medicare Conditions of Participation and payment mechanisms for home health.
