We are looking for a strong UI / UX resource to join our onsite team. Job description is below.

Mandatory Areas

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop user interfaces for web applications using ReactJS or AngularJS, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI / UX trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our products remain at the forefront of innovation.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and ensuring design consistency and quality.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.
  • Analyze user data and feedback to make informed design decisions and optimizations.
  • Ensure that design guidelines and standards are implemented consistently across various platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in UI / UX design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of user interfaces and experiences.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
  • Strong expertise in front-end frameworks, specifically ReactJS or AngularJS.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development process is a plus.
