Position Overview :
As the Executive Sous Chef, you’ll serve as a key leader within our culinary team, partnering closely with the Executive Chef to oversee all kitchen operations. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining consistency, quality, and efficiency across service, while supporting and developing the back-of-house team. This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and culinary skills, as well as the ability to foster collaboration between the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
