Data Platform Developer

A company is looking for a Data Platform Developer to build and operate a modern data platform that enables a Data Mesh architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain platform tools for deployment and automation of data products

Partner with value stream teams to adopt Data Mesh principles for data product ownership and scaling

Design and optimize ingestion and transformation pipelines using SQL, Python, and PySpark

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience with SQL, Python, and PySpark in data-intensive environments

Understanding of ETL concepts, Medallion Architecture, and data warehousing

Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform

Experience with CI / CD workflows for data pipelines

Interest in cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
