Key Responsibilities
Deliver ACA compliance support to small and medium-sized businesses using the ACA Reporting Tool
Consult with clients to address inquiries related to ACA reporting forms clearly and promptly
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance client experience and identify workflow improvements
Required Qualifications
Proven experience with ACA Reporting solutions or as an external advisor
Understanding of federal laws and regulations related to ACA Reporting
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
High level of discretion and ability to maintain client confidentiality
Preferred certification : PHR, SHRM-CP, GBA, or equivalent benefits certification
