Responsibilities :

• Plan and execute launch events, special events, internal events, and customer experiences from start to finish, including sourcing and managing event vendors such as venue, transportation, catering, A / V, and entertainment.
• Negotiate and execute conference sponsorship activations and special events, working cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Develop and manage event agendas, registration landing pages, invite lists, and communicate directly with high-level executive customers.
• Provide onsite event management, including evening receptions and weekend events.
• Ideate and implement creative branding elements, such as dcor, interactive activations, themes, and custom elements, to enhance attendee experiences.
• Lead administrative tasks for the department, including supply ordering, budget tracking, payment processing, shipping coordination, and inventory oversight with our fulfillment center.
• Work with the Merchandising Team on customer and event gifting and branded dcor items.
• Work with security teams to facilitate guest security clearances and ensure compliance with Air Force base regulations.

Compensation and Benefits :

Pay range : Events Lead : $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 / per year. Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations : job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock, stock options, or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
