Salary : Starting @ $17 / hr.

JOB PURPOSE

The Community Off-Site Direct Support Professional (DSP) I provides high-quality, person-centered support to individuals with disabilities in community-based settings. The role focuses on fostering independence, ensuring safety, promoting community integration, and supporting individuals in daily activities.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide direct care support and supervision during community outings.
• Assist with daily activities such as shopping, recreational outings, and social events.
• Promote and encourage individual independence.
• Follow support plans and behavior strategies.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals during community activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.

All other duties assigned.
