Various (12 hour) shifts, Imaging Department

• Ensuring contractual SLA's are met by tracking jobs through the production process.
• Verify all MRDF files are reconciled and closed out in JTR daily.
• Perform routine, but varied, clerical duties on the manufacturing floor in accordance with standard procedures
• Provide clerical support by recording, entering and verifying data from a variety of sources and documents
• Maintain records : compile standard reports, file, tabulate, and perform routine clerical tasks related to manufacturing
• Apply knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilize a general understanding of other departments and functions
• May be responsible for data entry, reporting, checking or verifying of information, generation of reports and responding to data requests
• Responsible for maintaining department files
• May assist with production planning and special projects

Minimum of 1 year, but 3 years preferred, of previous related experience

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word

Preferred previous data entry and payroll experience

Previous office experience in a fast-paced environment

Lifting up to 50 lbs, 4-6 hours

Walking / standing, 6-7 hours

Bending / stooping, 2-3 hours
