Job Title : Manufacturing Technician

Location : Brooklyn Park, MN (On-site)

Shift : 1st (6am–2 : 30pm)

Pay : $75k–$90k

Job Summary :

The Manufacturing Technician helps improve and maintain production processes to ensure products meet quality standards. This role involves problem-solving, training, and supporting continuous improvement in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support manufacturing to keep processes efficient and high-quality.
• Analyze data and suggest process improvements.
• Lead or participate in Continuous Improvement and Lean initiatives (e.g., kaizen, 5S).
• Interpret and communicate work instructions, procedures, drawings, and specifications.
• Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Train and assist production staff.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Review customer designs for manufacturability and provide feedback.
• Work with Sales Engineering on product information and quotes.
• Evaluate processes for quality and cost improvement.
• Manage both immediate problems and long-term projects.
