Sr. Call Center Representative job at Randstad in San Diego, CA.

Job Description

This is a 1-year temporary assignment, but could extend or convert to permanent for the right candidate.

Details

Dates : 9 / 22 / 2025 - 8 / 31 / 2026
Location : San Diego, CA 92108 (hybrid)
Schedule : Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (40 hours per week)
Compensation : $27 / hr paid weekly

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Experience in health insurance call center environments.

HS Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Answers incoming calls and emails pertaining to membership eligibility, health insurance, and medical billing / payment inquiries.

Call documentation, data entry, accessing medical records and insurance information.

Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills.

Employees will be able to work from home / hybrid after training.
