Role :

The Senior Financial Analyst-Accounting is responsible for performing analysis, data manipulation and reporting of financial information to internal and external parties. Responsible for the data processed, analysis outcomes, and reports provided.

Qualifications :

• BS / BA degree in Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• CPA or Master's in Accounting or Business Administration preferred; may be substituted by work experience
• Minimum of five (5) years in Accounting and / or Budget / Decision Support, preferably in a multi-entity setting
• Minimum of two (2) years of Healthcare experience preferred
• Proficient in the advanced use of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and complex financial systems
• Strong customer service skills, written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Solid critical thinking, organizational skills and competency in accounting and analysis
• Proficient in time management with the ability to prioritize a variety of duties
