Field Services Engr III or IV

Overview

HealthTronics is seeking a Field Service Engineer III or IV for a full-time regular position based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Travel territory includes North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. This role involves serving as a trusted technical partner who troubleshoot complex surgical equipment in hospital settings and perform service, diagnostics, calibrations, and repairs across multiple sites.

What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as the lead technical resource across your region
• Perform high-level diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance
• Manage service scheduling, equipment documentation, and part inventory with minimal oversight
• Provide training or guidance to junior FSEs as needed
• Participate in after-hours and emergency on-call rotations (rotational)
• Maintain compliance with all credentialing and hospital access requirements
