Role Overview
The Global Mobility & Immigration Specialist is responsible for managing the global relocation, immigration, and mobility processes for employees. This role ensures compliance with international laws and company policies while providing support for seamless transitions across borders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of immigration regulations, international assignment management, and relocation logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage end-to-end visa and work authorization processes for new hires, internal assignees and other employees who need to travel internationally. This includes travel between LATAM countries.
Support expatriate and short-term international assignments, including coordination of tax, payroll, housing, schooling, and cultural integration.
Serve as the primary point of contact for relocating employees and their families, offering guidance and troubleshooting support throughout the process.
Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of immigration status, visa expirations, and assignment details.
Analyze mobility trends and propose improvements to policies and procedures.
