Job descriptionSet up, adjust, and operate machine tools and specialized equipment for precision machining Work from drawings, schematics, and blueprints to machine parts using mills, grinders, and lathes Measure, examine, and test completed units using precision instruments such as micrometers Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, and materials onto machines Monitor feed and speed of machines during operation Perform other duties as assigned, including fabrication and production support Minimum 5 years of CNC mill setup experience (start to finish) Proven ability to set up and tear down CNC machines Strong analytical skills and ability to implement process improvements Excellent organization, problem-solving, and independent work skills High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience Familiarity with fabrication equipment and safety regulations Strong leadership and communication skills Drug screen- Not required Background screen- Required Duties performed in a loud production setting with extreme temperatures Requires standing 90% of the shift Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and lifting with arms extended Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. (average part weight : 5-15 lbs.)

Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Machinist II openings in Pine City, MN . This is a great opportunity for individuals who are experienced in CNC machine setup, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
Pay & Schedule
Hourly Pay : $23.00
Schedule : Monday - Thursday, 6 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM; Friday, 6 : 00 AM - 12 : 00 PM
Pay Frequency : Weekly
Employment Type : Evaluation-to-Hire
Location : Pine City, MN
