We are seeking a proven and certified clinical leader to assume the critical role of  Nursing Supervisor  for the night shift in our specialized  Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) . • Advanced Cardiac Focus :  The  27-bed CICU  is a regional center for complex cardiac and medical critical care. As the Night Supervisor, you will oversee the management of :
• Pre- and Post-operative Cardiac  patients.
• Patients requiring  Mechanical Circulatory Support  (e.g., IABP, VADs).
• Critical medical conditions including  Severe Heart Failure, Post-MI, CRRT, TTM, DKA, Severe Sepsis, and Respiratory Failure .
• Operational Control :  Functioning under the direction of the nurse management team, you will provide immediate leadership, overseeing and directing unit activities and personnel, and ensuring  efficient, cost-effective service .
• Clinical Authority :  Serve as the immediate clinical and administrative resource on the night shift, ensuring all patient care adheres to the highest standards and established protocols, including the  ANA Nursing Administration : Scope and Standards of Practice .
