This is a long term fully onsite 2 year contract for a proven leader who has successfully delivered large-scale system rollouts (ERP, DMS, or equivalent) and can guide tool selection, vendor management, and implementation from concept through adoption.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise-wide implementation of a new platform supporting procurement, service, and parts operations.
- Partner with executive leadership to evaluate and select the right toolset — including ERP or financial systems such as Workday, NetSuite, or similar solutions.
- Develop and manage the program roadmap, ensuring alignment across IT, finance, operations, and procurement.
- Oversee vendor evaluation, RFPs, contracts, and integration partners, ensuring deliverables meet business and technical requirements.
- Drive process optimization for document workflows, procurement approvals, and cross-department data visibility.
- Manage project scope, budget, and timelines, balancing strategic priorities with tactical execution.
- Lead change management and stakeholder communication to ensure successful adoption across departments.
- Establish governance frameworks and reporting structures for ongoing DMS and ERP-related initiatives.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in program or project management within enterprise technology or business systems.Proven success leading ERP, DMS, or large-scale digital transformation initiatives.Experience in procurement, service, or parts operations within automotive, manufacturing, or distribution environments.Strong background in tool selection, vendor management, and system integration.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with executives, IT, and business users.PMP or equivalent certification preferred.Preferred Experience
