You’ll own the Expansion Squad - our digital growth engine for mid‑market customers. Your mission : guide existing Atlas customers to grow their usage of MongoDB across new environments, new applications, and larger workloads. You’ll turn ambiguous “growth potential” into crisp product bets, human experiences, and set the standard for how we scale Atlas upmarket with and without a human in the loop.
You’ll partner closely with Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Ops, and you’ll be accountable for moving a single, unflinching number.
This role follows a hybrid working model in our New York City office, or can be performed remotely from central to the east United States.
