New Tech Global Staffing is currently seeking an Industrial Painter for a client located in Conroe, TX to join our team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity .

Pay : $22.00 $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule : First Shift Monday through Friday (Daytime Hours)

Job Type : Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Summary :

Responsible for preparing and painting vehicles or industrial equipment to restore them to pre-accident condition or enhance their appearance. This role requires expertise in surface preparation, color matching, and the use of various painting tools and techniques.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and priming.
• Mix and match paint colors to ensure accurate application.
• Apply paint using spray guns and other equipment in a controlled environment.
• Inspect finished work for quality and ensure it meets industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including paint booths and tools.
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment.
• Collaborate with technicians and estimators to ensure timely completion of work.
• Perform touch-ups and refinishing as needed.
