Physical Therapist (PT) positions are now immediately open for a Nursing Home in Trenton New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Evaluates patient needs for Physical Therapy
- Completes initial and ongoing assessments to determine patient level of functioning
- Assesses environmental factors that effects patients care and treatment plan
- Revises plan of care based on patient’s abilities and needs in consultation with the patient care team
Job Qualifications
- Masters’ degree in Physical Therapy, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- Current NJS PT license required, plus specialized certifications as needed
- New Grads and experienced PTs are welcome!
- Computer Literacy
- Excellent oral, written communication
