Marketing Coordinator Job at Addison Group in Springfield

Addison Group's client is actively searching for a new Marketing Coordinator to join the team! Our client is based in the Springfield, VA area and is fully on-site. This is a permanent role with a salary range of $65,000-$70,000 based upon experience. The ideal candidate comes with at least 2-5+ years of marketing experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for theday-to-day implementation of field-facing marketing and public relations activities. With a heavy focus on data tracking, reporting, and analysis, the Marketing Coordinator assures accurate and complete compliance with retail incentive programs.

Responsibilities :

Marketing & Promotions

• Implement and coordinate field-facing marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Participate in key marketing and branding meetings.
• Maintain accurate station profiles (POP sizes, images, hours of operation).
• Order, track, and manage branded / operational materials (e.g., POP, uniforms, CPG items).
• Create and maintain the Marketing Handbook.
• Track and report marketing program expenses.
