Location : Port Arthur, TX.

Job Type : Travel Assignment.

Overview :

Join a private EMS company providing 911 emergency services and inter-facility transfers (IFTs) in Port Arthur, TX. This is a 16-week assignment designed for experienced EMTs looking for a structured, rotational schedule with competitive pay and provided lodging.

Assignment Details :

  • Duration : 16 weeks.
  • Schedule : 14 days on / 14 days off (Wednesday to Wednesday).
  • Shift Length : 12-hour shifts.
  • Compensation : $3,892 per 14-day work period.
  • Travel Stipend : $400 included in pay.
  • Pay Frequency : Biweekly.
  • Call Volume : Average of 4 to 7 calls per 12-hour shift.
  • Lodging : Provided during scheduled work weeks only.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 2–3 years EMT experience.

    • Work Schedule May Include :

  • Day and evening shifts.
  • Night and overnight shifts.
  • Weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.

    • Certifications Required :

  • BLS Certification (Required).
  • PALS Certification (Required).
  • ACLS Certification (Required).
  • Texas EMS or EMS Compact State License (Required).
