Accountabilities

• Lead and mentor a talented engineering team, conducting regular check-ins, performance reviews, and career development conversations.
• Define and communicate the engineering vision, roadmap, and KPIs aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and stakeholders to shape features, refine MVPs, prioritize work, and ensure timely delivery.
• Drive engineering best practices including code reviews, continuous integration / deployment, automated testing, monitoring, and alerting.
• Oversee platform architecture to ensure scalability, reliability, maintainability, and alignment with strategic goals.
• Act as a bridge between technical execution and business strategy, translating complex technical ideas into clear, actionable guidance.
• Hire top-tier engineers and build a cohesive team culture that encourages innovation, autonomy, and high performance.
