It is remote so there is no exact clock in / out time. There is an ebb and flow in management.
This position is designed for experienced residential property managers. That said, our mentoring program is usually between 6-8 months while you learn the ropes of how FLR operates, your properties, clients, and tenants.
This is a great position for someone who enjoys working from home, desires career growth, and is a relatively independent person who is open to taking on new things and figuring out problems as they come.
About 1 / 3 of our managers make above $100,000. The average established manager makes between $75,000 and $90,000.
