Job description

Pediatric Nursing Specialists of Indiana (PNS, a Home Care Network company) is a Medicare-certified home care and home health agency providing total patient & family support for infants, pediatrics, adults, and seniors.

We are nurse-owned and locally led, meaning our patients' care, trust, and wellbeing - not profits - come first. This also means our agency fosters an environment where nurses and aides thrive, allowing us to handpick and retain top talent. The result is that PNS caregivers benefit from being surrounded by competent and happy peers, satisfied clients, and competitive pay that promotes both personal and professional growth.

We are seeking 2-3 highly skilled, compassionate, and professional Home Healthcare Aides (HHA, PCA, CHHA, CNA, STNA) to join our home health agency and provide services to clients in and around Indianapolis, IN, including metro Indianapolis and other cities throughout Marion County.

We have flexibility to fit your schedule and career goals:

    • 20-40 hours per week (M-F) available, with additional hours in evenings and weekends (if desired).
    • Those seeking full-time hours will have the option to start with part-time hours and first priority to add additional clients/shifts for up to 40 hours per week (if desired).

  • Weekly pay including onboarding and training.
  • Friendly travel expectations: Our standard travel radius for client coverage is 10-30 minutes from every employee's home. Mileage reimbursement between multiple clients is provided.
    • Enjoy the road? We also have cases at 30-60 minutes distance for those seeking extra hours, overtime, etc.
  • All employees in good standing are eligible for generous referral bonuses, quarterly awards and recognition bonuses, and professional advancement, among other perks!
  • Growth Opportunities: Pay and title promotions for advanced certifications and degrees, as well as schedule accommodations for school/classes.
