About The Position The Business Performance Specialist supports the activities of the MO Regulated Field Operations Support and Analysis department. Interacts with Power Operations Leaders, as well as various Ameren Controllers and personnel.

Key Responsibilities Include :

Qualifications - Business Performance Specialist Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field from an accredited college or university required. Master's Degree or CPA / CMA / CFA preferred. Three or more years relevant accounting experience (understanding of accounting, budget preparation and statistical analysis) required without an advanced degree or certification. One or more years relevant accounting experience (understanding of accounting, budget preparation and statistical analysis) required with Master's Degree or CPA / CMA / CFA.

Qualifications - Senior Business Performance Specialist Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field from an accredited college or university required. Five or more years of relevant accounting experience (accounting, budget preparation, and statistical analysis) required. Master's Degree or CPA / CMA / CFA preferred.

Compensation Range : $71,100.00 - $137,200.00 This pay range encompasses multiple levels of the role. Career level and compensation depends upon applicant's credentials. At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise.
