Key Responsibilities
Review and validate AI-generated call transcripts, insights, and scorecards for accuracy and compliance
Analyze customer calls to verify AI predictions and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI compliance capabilities and support ongoing improvement of AI models
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in the financial services industry involving direct customer communication or communication compliance
Strong understanding of communication compliance standards in the financial services sector
Ability to analyze large volumes of data and extract meaningful insights
High level of accuracy in reviewing call transcripts and identifying discrepancies
Spanish language proficiency is a plus
