Benefits :We are a family-owned and operated HVAC company that has been in business for over a decade. We are looking for an office manager to join our team. Job duties include pulling permits, scheduling inspections, warranties, paying invoices, managing credits, managing insurances, collecting invoices, deposits, and managing 2-3 employees.
Hours are 8a-4p Monday through Friday with occasional evenings or weekends as planned.
