Banquet Captain

We are currently looking for an experienced Banquet Captain to join our team. This position will be responsible for the management of banquet service, ensuring a smooth operation that provides a pleasant dining experience for members and guests. Assures a high standard of hospitality, appearance, and service by the staff. We are a non-tipping club.

Requirements :

• High school or equivalent education is required.
• 2-year college degree, or Industry equivalent, is highly desirable.
• 2 years of experience in a quality independent restaurant, club, or resort restaurant as a server.
• Ability to provide consistent, superior customer service.
• Knowledge of and experience in fine dining standards.
• Knowledge of wines and alcoholic beverages.
