Job Description
As the Area Accounting Manager for Signature Aviation , you will play an integral role in providing accounting support to FBO locations within a specific area. Your responsibilities include managing risk, controls, compliance, overseeing daily activities, and leading local accounting staff.

Honolulu
Responsibilities
- Maintain internal controls and compliance across local FBOs.
- Support audits, including internal, company, and external audits.
- Assist FBOs in meeting financial reporting requirements.
- Supervise daily accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with Shared Services for information flow and issue resolution.
- Oversee business-critical accounting activities, such as fuel ticket processing.
- Support the PTP and OTC processes.
- Assist the Field Support Center with general accounting, planning, budgeting, and ad-hoc requests.
- Perform month-end activities, including data submission, narratives, and reconciliation.
- Review price changes and approve as needed.
- Review fixed asset purchases when necessary.
- Maintain awareness of policies and ensure compliance at the local level.
- Serve as the point of contact for FBO leadership on accounting matters.
- Support audit scheduling and responses.
- Lead and mentor local accounting staff, support recruitment and leadership development.
