Procedure Scheduler

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Procedure Scheduler to join our administrative team in Golden, CO. This role is essential to ensuring smooth coordination of all procedures and testing appointments. You'll be the central point of contact for patients, physicians, and lab staffmaking a meaningful impact on patient care and operational efficiency. Bachelors degree, will train.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule procedures for both new and established patients.
• Coordinate lab testing appointments and catheter lab procedures.
• Manage all cardiovascular procedure scheduling across the company.
• Use Excel and Outlook Calendar to organize and track all appointments.
• Communicate and coordinate with catheterization lab physicians and staff.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance details.
• Confirm all procedure appointments and provide patient education as needed.
• Deliver courteous and compassionate service to patients, vendors, staff, and physicians.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
