Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful implementation of our enterprise software solutions for our clients in the public sector.

You will partner closely with project managers, technical consultants, and client stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive change management plans that ensure user adoption, minimize disruption, and maximize the value realized from our solutions.

You will work to drive accelerated adoption, higher utilization, and proficiency. Your efforts will directly help our clients increase benefit realization, value creation, and ROI.

Responsibilities :

  • Partner with project managers and technical teams to understand project scope, goals, and potential change impacts on client organizations.
  • Conduct thorough stakeholder analysis to identify key influencers, assess change readiness, and develop targeted communication strategies.
  • Create actionable deliverables for the core change management plans : Sponsor plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, Enterprise Readiness and Readiness Assessment Plan, Training Plan, Resistance Management Plan;

and others as identified.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans that address user training, communication, resistance management, and adoption strategies.
  • Create and deliver engaging training materials and workshops to equip users with the knowledge and skills necessary to utilize the new software effectively.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between Aurigo teams and client stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and adapt strategies as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for successful change adoption.
  • Identify potential risks and barriers to change and develop mitigation strategies to address them, which could include resistance from employees, technical challenges, or other obstacles.
  • Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change initiatives. This involves tracking progress, gathering feedback, and adjusting as necessary to ensure that goals are met.
  • Work to align organizational culture with desired changes. This may involve promoting values, behaviors, and norms that support the change initiative.
  • Stay up to date on best practices in OCM methodologies and tools.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational change management, preferably within the IT or public sector environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing change management plans for complex enterprise software implementations.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
  • Experience in developing and delivering engaging training materials.
  • Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure the impact of change initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
  • Change management certification or designation desired. Ex. PROSCI / Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP).
