As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Access Team in Greenville, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will be responsible for monitoring entry points, managing badges, and overseeing alarm panels to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do :

Assist with access control procedures at the location, verifying credentials and managing entry and exit for employees, visitors, and contractors.

Monitor and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents within the manufacturing and industrial environment.

Carry out regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or breaches.

Respond promptly to incidents and critical situations, following established protocols and maintaining a calm, problem-solving approach.

Collaborate with site personnel to uphold site-specific policies and procedures related to security-related matters.

Provide professional customer service to all individuals at the site, addressing questions and offering assistance as needed.

Accurately complete and maintain logs, reports, and other documentation as required by site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements :

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
