Job description

Preferred Experience :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an outpatient pediatric setting
  • Bilingual (Spanish / English) strongly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Employee Requirements :

  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Must comply with all New York State Department of Health (NYDOH) standards and other applicable regulatory requirements
  • Must meet the Center’s health and physical examination requirements, including pre-employment medical clearance
  • Bilingual (Spanish / English) candidates are encouraged to apply

  • Work performed in a well-lit, ventilated, and professional healthcare environment
  • May experience frequent interruptions during the workday
  • May be required to work beyond regular hours or assist in other departments as needed
