Senior Product Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Product Designer with strong experience in creating analytical dashboards across finance, marketing, operations, or related data-driven domains. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Sketch, strong fundamentals in Figma, and a portfolio showcasing real data-visualization work.

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive, scalable analytical dashboards and data-led interfaces.

Work across Sketch and Figma (primarily Sketch), depending on project needs.

Create clickable prototypes and data-visualization concepts to communicate design decisions.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Develop or work within an existing design system, ensuring consistency and component-level understanding.

Take complete ownership of projects from concept to final delivery (A–Z), when required.

Required Skills & Experience

3–5 years of hands-on UI / UX or Product Design experience.

Strong expertise in Sketch (majority of our projects are in Sketch).

Working experience with Figma (we are gradually transitioning but not fully migrated).

Proven experience designing data dashboards or data-heavy products .

Solid understanding of components, nested symbols, overrides, and design system structures .

Minimum of 3 case studies in your portfolio, clearly explaining your design process end-to-end.

Ability to provide clickable prototypes or examples for any claimed data-visualization work.

Advanced English communication , with experience interacting with stakeholders.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

At least one complex data-visualization project in your portfolio.

Experience leading or owning a major design project independently.
