Licenses & Permits Specialist

Responsible for :

• Coordinating all aspects of the licensing process to ensure compliance.
• Researching jurisdictional licensing requirements.
• Ensuring the timely application and renewal of all license types within assigned state portfolio.
• Maintaining constant communication between field, state, and local jurisdictions and internal business partners.
• Utilizing multiple licensing software platforms to manage data, request checks, maintain scanned copies of licenses, and monitor dates to avoid late fees and penalties.
