In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Responsibilities

• Design and enable client's end to end content supply chain transformation including content creation, review and approval, digital asset management (DAM), claims management, and modular content
• Implement client's E2E content supply chain operating model
• Collaborate with other Senior Consultants supporting key deliverables and timelines
• Hone digital asset management (DAM) processes and bring modular content development to the Life Sciences industry
• Develop content analytics dashboards and identify insights for the end to end content lifecycle
• Ensure quality of data best practices in Veeva PromoMats and adherence to client's standards
• Create and coordinate a key user community with client stakeholders as required
• Manage the day-to-day operational support and service for all users at local and global levels as required by client
• Lead the Veeva PromoMats business administration : User access management, enhancement requests, etc. as required
• Extend / enhance usage of PromoMats capabilities with client to enhance business performance and compliance consistently across enterprise
• Ensure business system continuity for client as required
• Travel up to 50% of the time
