Position Summary

Under the direction of the Contact Center Supervisors / Managers, this role provides guidance, coaching, and assistance to department associates, demonstrating core values and leading by example. Responsibilities include routine contact center duties such as donor recruitment, data entry, policy adherence, and cross-department communication. The Team Lead acts as a liaison and backup to management when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate Versiti's core values and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage channel assignments and support special event needs.
  • Recruit donors and promote donation opportunities.
  • Make reminder calls to donors regarding appointments.
  • Interpret reports and perform administrative duties like updating donor profiles.
  • Assist with new hire training and ongoing staff development.
  • Ensure team presence and productivity; communicate concerns to supervisors.
  • Support management with opening / closing duties and coaching sessions.
  • Perform supervisory tasks in the absence of a supervisor, excluding disciplinary actions.
  • Assist with departmental activities such as meetings, campaigns, and contests.
  • Comply with all policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience required; 1-3 years multi-channel contact center experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and contact center-specific applications.
