JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic  Human Resources Director  with 3+ years of progressive HR experience in a skilled nursing environment to join our team, reporting to the Administrator of our Skilled Nursing Facility. This position will act as a trusted advisor to our leadership team and general managers, driving HR initiatives that align with business goals. This role will focus on employee relations, talent acquisition and retention, facility payroll processing, new hire on-boarding and orientation, and performance management, while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Knowledge and Background

A minimum of 3 years of HR experience. Preferably in a skilled nursing environment.

Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources, PHR or SPHR certification).

Broad HR background and understanding of the function supporting implementation of HR programs and initiatives.

Demonstrated ability to solve problems, make informed decisions and influence others

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills and ability to communicate within a matrix organization

Prior experience working with labor unions a plus.
