Customer Support Specialist

We are currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist in one of our businesses.
Brighterly is a startup building an online school for learning mathematics for children in English-speaking countries. We are already in the top 10 educational platforms for online math tutoring in the US market!
In three years of the project, we : Reached 13,000+ lessons / month. Started with 3 tutors, now there are 300+; Gathered a team of 60 professionals; Built a personalized educational platform for students and their parents.
Main challenges for the Customer Support Specialist position : Live chats with clients and tutors : resolving online requests during shifts; Ticket processing : reviewing inquiries and finding solutions; Proactive calls : contacting clients to resolve problematic issues; Matching : selecting a relevant tutor on the platform based on client needs.
The role of a Customer Support Specialist is a great opportunity to be a key link between clients and the platform, promptly resolving issues and creating a positive learning experience.
Work schedule : evening / night shifts (from 18 : 00 to 02 : 00 Kyiv time)
What is important for us : Experience in support / customer service (Western markets) or a desire to switch to IT (experience communicating with newbies); Readiness to communicate in English both in chats and by phone (advanced level); Multitasking, quick adaptation, and attention to detail
It would be a plus : experience with CRM, Desk systems, and Omnichannel.
