Job Description : Position Overview :

Position Overview :

We are looking to fill a management position in our Customer Care department. This position is responsible for ensuring our call center is able to answer phone calls to direct customers to the correct department.

In this role, you must help build the customer care department to handle cases. An excellent understanding of the solar process will help set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Management :

• You will be the head of the department and will be responsible for tracking key metrics.
• Provide performance feedback to agents on the team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and objectives and ensure progress on each account.
• Lead by example and take calls as needed
• Help promote a positive culture for the team and the rest of the office
• Lead weekly meetings with your department and report to the director of your sector.

Stakeholder Communication :

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Provide regular project status updates and address stakeholder concerns.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in the solar or renewable energy industry.
• Knowledge of solar energy systems and technologies.
• Familiarity with customer service, stakeholder relations, and complaint resolution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
