As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, responding promptly to incidents, and supporting a secure environment for all occupants. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the tech and media location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment.

Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to established Allied Universal protocols.

Monitor access points and screen individuals entering or leaving the premises to support site security-related requirements.

Communicate with site personnel and visitors to provide assistance and information as needed.

Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site staff to maintain a professional environment.

Minimum Requirements :

Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
