This position requires strong attention to accuracy and proficiency in handling data using intermediate-level Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities :
- Accurately input checks, refunds, and insurance claims into the company’s internal systems.
- Organize and maintain detailed records of refund claims using provided worksheets.
- Ensure data integrity by cross-checking entries for errors or inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and ensure deadlines are met.
- Utilize intermediate Excel skills to manage and analyze data effectively.
- Conduct regular updates to databases to reflect the most current information.
- Follow company protocols and guidelines for handling sensitive financial data.
- Generate reports and summaries based on entered data when required.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks related to data management as needed.
- Proven experience in data entry, accounting particularly with numeric and financial information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level.
- Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
