The Administrative Data Clerk provides vital support to the administrative team by managing data entry tasks and maintaining organized records at West Park RN. This role requires a proactive individual who excels in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :
- Data Entry : Perform accurate data entry tasks for various administrative functions, inputting information into databases and management systems.
- File Management : Maintain and update electronic and physical records, ensuring easy access and compliance with data management policies.
- Document Preparation : Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports to support team projects and initiatives.
- Inquiries Handling : Respond to inquiries from staff and clients regarding data-related questions, providing exceptional customer service.
- Policy Compliance : Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to data management and administrative functions.
Qualifications & Skills :
Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or certification in administration preferred.Experience : Previous experience in an administrative role or data entry position is a plus.Technical Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.Organizational Skills : Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Benefits

High School diploma or equivalent required; some college or related credential preferred. Previous experience working in a behavioral‐health, psychiatric, substance‐use or related facility preferred. Must obtain certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or similar de-escalation training (often required within first 30 days of hire). Excellent interpersonal skills, crisis‐intervention ability, and strong observational and documentation skills. Must be at least 21 years old (in some roles) and able to pass required background / criminal checks. Commitment to working flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays (12-hour shifts).
