Job descriptionIDOC (intermediate document) clearing identify and analyze issues between SAP and MES daily Coordinate special work activities on the Production floor Troubleshoot label issues for Production Manage PO cancellations in MES / SAP Clear open TRs in Warehouse Activity Monitor (SAP) Work directly with production operators to create quarantine tickets (QT) as needed Provide technical ERP system support to Production Create and correct work orders within the ERP system Modify work orders as required Act as subject matter expert within MES and SmartERP systems Perform technical problem solving Participate in system upgrades, testing, and documentation Other duties as assigned Preferred : 4-year technical degree 35 years of experience in ERP systems support Knowledge of SAP and MES Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Office and light industrial environment

2nd shift- 3 : 30 PM to 2 : 00 AM PDT (Monday through Thursday), there may be overtime on Friday
