Job descriptionPartner with marketing, creative, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure project is delivered on timely manner Collaborate with exeternal vendors, suppliers, and agencies to manage quality standards and development process Track project progresses, sample flow, and project milestones across stakeholders Effective communicate business cases, project updates, and proposals to leadership with clarity and impact Identify consumer-driven opportunities through competitive analysis and trend research Find creative, out-of-the-box solutions to overcome launch or process challenges Prepare presentations and product brief decks to communicate effectively Support building team culture of accountability, ownership, and innovation within the team Gain deep knowledge of our NPD and lifecycle processes Exposure to product pipeline strategy and how consumer insights and competitive research inform launch decisions Managing project trackers, BOM accuracy, sample flow and other documentation process Communicate project updates, influence stakeholders, and showcase problem-solving in fast paced environment Independently lead multiple NPD launches across categories Build reliable processes for lifecycle planning and pipeline management Establish yourself as key driver of cross-functional alignment Be recognized as a solution-driven product leader who contributes directly to business growth and consumer impact Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Packaging, or related field required. 3–5 years of experience in product development, NPD, or lifecycle management within beauty or consumer packaged goods. Proven track record of supporting or leading product launches from concept through commercialization. Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail and accountability with BOMs, packaging specs, and product documentation. Excellent cross-functional communication skills to influence and align stakeholders. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset : motivated to think creatively and perform agility Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools or photoshop tools. Bilingual (Korean / English) preferred. About the Role :
Dashing Diva is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sr. Product Specialist to help execute and manage the New Product Development (NPD) lifecycle. This role offers opportunity to take ownership of NPD projects and contribute to our product pipeline strategy, lifecycle management, and launch execution to ensure sustainable growth.
The Product Specialist will partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors / agencies to bring innovative products to market while maintaining business strategy. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks creatively to solve problems, and is eager to take the next step in their product development career.
What You Will Do :
NPD & Product Lifecycle Management (40%)
- Manage the end-to-end NPD lifecycle : concept ideation, feasibility, testing, development, validation, launch, and post-launch evaluation.
- Support product lifecycle planning, including phase-ins and phase-outs, ensuring overall product portfolio health.
- Contribute to building the product pipeline, aligning consumer insights, competitive benchmarks, and business needs.
- Develop and maintain BOMs, packaging, and product benefits / claim documentation.
- In-depth competitive analysis and deliver consumer insights into actionable NPD opportunities.
