Job Summary :
Were looking for a strategic and experienced Manager, B2B Portal to lead the development and ongoing management of a new end-to-end portal for our Business (B2B) products and services. This role will define the vision, manage the roadmap, and work cross-functionally to deliver a seamless, customer-focused digital experience.
What Youll Do :
- Define the vision, goals, and performance metrics for the B2B Services Portal
- Lead the portals full lifecyclefrom concept and launch to updates and enhancements
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, support) and external development partners
- Drive a consistent and high-quality user experience across the portal and third-party systems
- Prioritize features and improvements based on business goals and customer feedback
- Align development efforts with company strategy, timelines, and budget
- Track product performance, user satisfaction, and make data-driven improvements
- Communicate progress, plans, and performance to executives and stakeholders
- Explore new technologies (AI, automation) to improve the customer experience
- Stay current on industry trends and identify areas for innovation
What Youll Need :
Bachelor's degree (MS or MBA preferred)57 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional products in telecom or similar industries5+ years in product development or operationsExperience with B2B product ecosystems and service dependenciesKnowledge of portal design, development, and user experience best practicesStrong understanding of B2B technical architecture and engineeringTrack record of managing successful product lifecycles and business growthData-driven decision-making and strategic thinkingExperience working in matrixed environments and cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with customer behavior across multiple digital channels
